The website is intended to operate in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the State of Ohio and the United States. Reasonable efforts are made to research, evaluate, and comply with legal requirements relevant to the website’s content, features, and activities. However, because rewindewilson.com is accessible worldwide, foreign countries, sovereign authorities, and jurisdictions may impose additional restrictions, requirements, or limitations under their respective laws, ordinances, and regulations. Except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise, these Terms and disputes arising from use of rewindewilson.com shall be governed by Ohio law and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Visitors are responsible for complying with laws applicable to their own conduct and use of the website. Information collected

Fan Connection registration requires email address, name, age, country and preferred language. Fan Connection also records opt-in and confirmation records, subscription status and, for registrants under 18, confirmation of parental permission. Voting is available to Fan Connection members and other website visitors. A vote’s association with a visitor is retained only during the website visit; the vote remains in the ongoing aggregate tally. A separate record that a welcome-email voting invitation has been used may be retained to enforce its single-use allowance without retaining the recipient’s song selection. With optional analytics consent, the site may collect IP addresses and visits per IP address, pages viewed per visitor, referral/UTM sources, song-preview plays and completions, outbound streaming-link clicks by destination, country-level visitor counts, approximate geography, browser/device categories and pseudonymous repeat-visit identifiers. Fan Connection activity is reported separately and included in full-site analytics. Necessary security and server logs may be processed without optional analytics consent.

Purposes and choices

Information supports requested Fan Connection communications, voting integrity, site security, and—only with consent—audience analytics. All active Fan Connection members receive each general Fan Connection mailing; there are no content-category selections. Emails to each fan are presented in their recorded preferred language, while artist and song names remain unchanged. Analytics is optional and can be declined or changed through Privacy Settings. Outbound clicks are not verified music streams. Fan Connection and email consent is separate from analytics consent and requires email verification.

Service providers and external links

Cloudflare, Resend for automated Fan Connection email, SpaceMail for contact email hosting, and selected database or other service providers may process information on our behalf. Before launch, we will confirm the final provider configuration, processing arrangements and international transfers. Linked streaming and social services operate under their own policies.

Retention and rights

Unconfirmed Fan Connection registrations remain pending for 12 hours and do not activate membership or general mailings. After 12 hours, an unconfirmed registration expires and the visitor must restart registration. Vote-to-visitor associations are retained only during a single website visit; aggregate votes remain in the ongoing tally. Selecting Yes on the unsubscribe confirmation immediately deletes the Fan Connection subscription without revoking other authorizations separately given through the website. For every activity that requires consent, visitors can review and change that consent through Privacy Settings. Changing consent for one activity does not change separate authorizations for other activities. Visitors may contact contact@rewindewilson.com about access, correction, deletion or consent withdrawal, subject to applicable law.

Security, minors, and international users

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards will protect information, but no system is infallible. Fan Connection registration and voting are open to visitors regardless of age or location. When a Fan Connection registrant indicates an age below 18, the form presents a required, initially unchecked box labeled “I confirm that I have parental permission”. International privacy notices and rights have been reviewed as far as practicable, and these documents reflect known regional requirements.
