Fan Connection & Email Disclosures

What subscribers receive
Fan Connection delivers updates on new music, upcoming promotions such as the Collectible Album Give-a-way, Live Events notifications, new merchandise, video release announcements, behind-the-scenes stories, personal insights from Rewind E Wilson, and more. Joining is voluntary. There are no content-category choices: each general Fan Connection mailing is sent to all active members in their recorded preferred language. Artist and song names retain their original spelling.
Signup
The signup popup begins: “Receive Updates on New Music, Upcoming Promotions like the Collectible Album Give-a-way, Live Events Notifications, New Merchandise, Insights from the Artist, and more! Join Fan Connection now”. Email address, name, age, country and preferred language are required. Registration is open regardless of age or location. Registrants under 18 must select an initially unchecked box stating “I confirm that I have parental permission”. A separate, unchecked Fan Connection and email consent checkbox must be affirmatively selected. Consent to optional website analytics is independent.
Confirmation and records
Email verification must be completed before a fan becomes active and receives the welcome email or general Fan Connection mailings. An unconfirmed registration remains pending for 12 hours, after which it expires and registration must be restarted. Consent wording, signup source, timestamp and confirmation should be recorded. Registration and verification messages use the preferred language supplied at signup.
Frequency and unsubscribe
Message frequency may vary. Every email, including the welcome email, will provide an unsubscribe link. The link opens the confirmation “Are you sure you wish to Unsubscribe from Rewind E Wilson Fan Connection?” with an initially unchecked box labeled “Yes”. Selecting Yes immediately deletes the Fan Connection subscription, without changing other authorizations the visitor has separately given through the website. Welcome email and voting
The welcome email invites the fan to choose a favorite song. Each welcome-email invitation allows one vote; a submitted vote cannot be changed. Clicking an email link must not itself cast a ballot: voting requires a deliberate confirmation on the website. Automated link scanners must not cast votes or consume the voting allowance.
Privacy and international delivery
The Privacy Policy explains handling of subscriber information. International email requirements and location-specific notices have been reviewed as far as practicable, and the wording reflects known regional requirements.
Unmonitored outbound email address
Automated outbound Fan Connection emails will be delivered using Resend from a dedicated unmonitored address, no-reply@rewindewilson.com (confirmed and tested). Every outbound message will state: “This email was sent from an unmonitored address. Please do not reply; replies will not be reviewed. If you need a response, contact contact@rewindewilson.com.” The sender and reply configuration, delivery, bounce processing, and automated email compatibility must be tested before launch.

The final footer must include a valid physical postal address for messages subject to that legal requirement; an email contact statement alone does not substitute for it.
